How do I apply to MCI?
Simply apply by clicking on the 'Apply now' button in the job advertisement. This will take you to the application form, where you can enter your details and upload your application documents. If you would like to apply on your own initiative, you will find a link to do so at the bottom of the page.
What documents are needed for my application?
We look forward to receiving your application! A CV is sufficient, we do not need a covering letter and references. If you are applying for a creative role, we would also like to see a portfolio of your work.
Do I need to send a cover letter?
You are welcome to include a cover letter if you would like to express your special motivation for the role and MCI. However, there is no disadvantage if you choose not to.

Are there temporary or permanent contracts?
We usually offer permanent contracts.
Yes, we have a probation period of six months.
Can I apply to MCI if I am new in the field?
Absolutely! You are welcome here, regardless of your previous career. Your skills and abilities are more important to us than where you have come from. Your knowledge and skills come first, regardless of how you acquired them over the years.
